Performance Highlights From The MACC February Featured Artists

Marquette, MI – February at the Peter White Library featured local music group The Northern Wylds as part of the Marquette Arts & Culture Center’s First Thursday Series which gives local residents a taste from some of the best visual and musical artists from around the Upper Peninsula.  This monthly event is offered for free each month for all to sit back and discover some of our best local talents.

The Northern Wylds are a new indie/jazz/blues musical ensemble in Marquette featuring Natalie Ray on viola and vocals, Shane Murray on bass, and Nick Johnson on guitar. These three are also a part of the local non-profit group Music For All Kids providing musical instruction for youth and teens who otherwise could not afford it.
