Call for 2015 Hiawatha Traditional Music Festival Logo Entries

Calling All Artists Inspired By The Spirit of Hiawatha

The Hiawatha Music Co-op is looking for artwork submissions for their 2015 Festival Logo Contest. All submissions are due by February 6, 2015, at 5 p.m.

Winning logo for Hiawatha Music Festival’s 2014 contest.

The winning design will appear in some form on all promotional materials for the 2015 Festival. This includes posters, mugs, programs and performer and worker T-shirts.In exchange for the rights to the selected artwork, the winner will receive $100, two weekend Festival passes, and a T-shirt and mug with the winning design.

We are a Traditional Music Festival, which takes place outdoors right in the natural beauty of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Art submissions should reflect the feel and content of the Festival.

• We encourage and will give special consideration to non-computer generated artwork submissions.
• Images should represent the Hiawatha experience, be colorful and graphically appealing and reflect the aims and goals of the Festival: a family-oriented, traditional-music event.
• 
Images should relate to Hiawatha, music, dance, and/or the surroundings.
• Images should include year, dates and location of the Festival: 37th Annual, July 17-21, 2015, Marquette Tourist Park.
